LAGOS—THE recently introduced Paypal account by FirstBank of Nigeria, has continued to excite customers across the country, given that it had made online shopping less cumbersome.
According to the bank’s Head of E-Business, Mr. Chuma Ezirim, the objective for the introduction of Paypal, are being noticed among customers.
He further noted that given PayPal’s reputation as the world’s most secure payment platform, FirstBank’s avowed commitment to always put its customers first, the partnership between the two financial organizations would be beneficial to customers.
In addition, he said that PayPal provides a buyer protection policy that allows for compensation when any item purchased online is not delivered or doesn’t fit the seller’s description.
Also speaking a stockbroker, who uses the platform, Mr Daniel Udoka said: ”In the over two months since I began being exclusively verified by PayPal, it has been all smiles on the faces of customers and absolutely no cause for regret from them as FirstBank has continually and consistently delighted them without end.”
