ABUJA- Israeli Ambassador to Nigeria, Uriel Palti, said there is urgent need for the country to harness the potential and talents of young Nigerians.
Ambassador Palti made this call during a recent media outreach and interactive forum on Gifted and Talented people organised by the Ada Chenge Divine Foundation.
The Ada Chenge Divine Foundation is non-political/religious organisation founded by Mrs Roseline Ada Chenge with the aim of supporting, contributing and positioning gifted and talented children and people in Nigeria and beyond.
The chairman of the Transitional Board of Patrons for the foundation on media outreach/interaction, Engr. Edward Ujege, in his address, said: “the Foundation’s mission and vision which is to create a voice, platform and framework for gifted and talented people to realise their divine purpose, incorporating process and procedure to harness and mobilise resources through contact, cooperation and collaboration, for the empowerment of the gifted and talented people for the enhancement of the society.”
According to him, “Ada Chenge Divine Foundation is the concept of few Nigerians who believe that the face of the world can be transformed by enhancing the potentials of talented persons in the society.
“Our operational methodology is to create and develop integrated advocacy, sensitisation and mobilisation programmes so as to create the needed and necessary awareness towards identifying, managing, promoting and projecting the issues of gifted and talented children.
